The CITB Skills and Training Fund has helped thousands of small construction companies to get up and running with training, helping their businesses to grow, CITB is now investing up to £6m for Skills & Training, an increase of £3m.

Brief reminder of this fund, is as follows:
CITB-registered employers with up to 99 PAYE staff can apply for up to £10,000 of Skills and Training funding which :
- offers an extra incentive to deliver construction training which aligns with CITB’s grant scheme.
- supports training interventions in management & leadership
- provides an up-front payment, in advance of the training taking place.
